(B) Histograms showing quantitation of the migrated NCI-H2373 cells treated as in (A) and counted at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment started. The bound crystal violet was eluted and the absorbance at 590 nm was measured using a plate reader. The average of three experiments is shown. The percentage is relative to the relative control group except where otherwise indicated.
