The peaks at the specific retention time were: bruceoside D (Peak 1, 10.6 min), bruceine E (Peak 2, 15.7 min), bruceine F (Peak 3, 17.5 min), bruceine D (Peak 4, 18.6 min), bruceine b (Peak 5, 37.0 min), bruceine I (Peak 6, 39.2 min), bruceine J (Peak 7, 44.2 min), yadanzioside F (Peak 8, 44.7 min), bruceantinol B (Peak 9, 47.7 min), brusatol (Peak 10, 49.2 min), bruceine A (Peak 11, 50.8 min), bruceoside E (Peak 12, 57.2 min).
